4.7 from 84 reviews

This Starbucks Copycat S’mores Frappuccino is a delightful homemade version of the popular coffeehouse treat. It combines rich cold brew coffee, creamy vanilla ice cream, marshmallow fluff whipped into a light topping, chocolate syrup, and crunchy graham crackers to create a perfect blend of sweet and coffee flavors reminiscent of a classic campfire s’more.

Ingredients

Scale

Whipped Marshmallow Topping

  • 1/4 cup marshmallow fluff, divided
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream, divided

Frappuccino

  • Chocolate syrup, for drizzling
  • 1/3 cup cold brew coffee (or strong brewed coffee, chilled)
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1 cup ice (about 5 standard cubes)
  • 1 cup vanilla ice cream
  • 1 graham cracker, divided

Instructions

  1. Prepare Whipped Marshmallow Cream: In a medium bowl, combine 1 tablespoon of marshmallow fluff with 1 tablespoon of heavy cream. Beat the mixture until smooth, then gradually add the remaining heavy cream and continue beating for 3 to 4 minutes until stiff peaks form, creating a light and fluffy whipped topping.
  2. Prepare Glass: Spread the remaining marshmallow fluff inside the bottom of your serving glass. Drizzle chocolate syrup over the marshmallow fluff to add a rich chocolate layer at the base.
  3. Blend Frappuccino Base: Into a blender, add the cold brew coffee, milk, ice cubes, and vanilla ice cream. Break the graham cracker into halves; then break further pieces so you have smaller chunks. Add three-quarters of the graham cracker pieces to the blender and reserve the remaining quarter for the topping. Blend everything until smooth and creamy.
  4. Assemble and Serve: Pour the blended frappuccino mixture into the prepared glass. Top generously with the whipped marshmallow cream created earlier. Drizzle additional chocolate syrup over the cream and crush the reserved graham cracker pieces to sprinkle on top for added texture and authentic s’mores flavor.

Notes

  • For best results, use cold brew coffee chilled in advance to maintain the frappuccino’s icy texture.
  • If you prefer a less sweet drink, reduce the amount of marshmallow fluff or use light syrup.
  • Feel free to substitute dairy milk with almond or oat milk to adjust dietary preferences.
  • Use a high-powered blender for smooth blending and proper incorporation of ice and graham crackers.
  • The whipped marshmallow cream topping can be prepared ahead of time and refrigerated for up to 24 hours.
