For the Potatoes:

  • 4 medium/large potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika

For the Chicken:

  • 2 chicken breasts, cubed
  • 1 TBSP Aus Ju Gravy Mix
  • 1 TBSP Ranch seasoning
  • 2 TBSP butter
  • Pepperoncinis or banana peppers
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Prepare Potatoes: Wash, peel, and cut potatoes into cubes. Toss with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Cook in air fryer at 400°F for about 20 minutes, shaking occasionally.
  2. Cook Chicken: Cube chicken and season with olive oil, Aus Ju Gravy Mix, and Ranch seasoning. Cook in a skillet with butter over medium-high heat.
  3. Combine: Once chicken and potatoes are cooked, add potatoes to the skillet. Mix well.
  4. Top and Melt: Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and pepperoncinis. Broil in the oven until cheese melts.
