For the Potatoes:
- 4 medium/large potatoes, peeled and cubed
- olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika
For the Chicken:
- 2 chicken breasts, cubed
- 1 TBSP Aus Ju Gravy Mix
- 1 TBSP Ranch seasoning
- 2 TBSP butter
- Pepperoncinis or banana peppers
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- Prepare Potatoes: Wash, peel, and cut potatoes into cubes. Toss with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Cook in air fryer at 400°F for about 20 minutes, shaking occasionally.
- Cook Chicken: Cube chicken and season with olive oil, Aus Ju Gravy Mix, and Ranch seasoning. Cook in a skillet with butter over medium-high heat.
- Combine: Once chicken and potatoes are cooked, add potatoes to the skillet. Mix well.
- Top and Melt: Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and pepperoncinis. Broil in the oven until cheese melts.
