  • 2 tablespoons olive oil or avocado oil
  • 45 chicken thighs, boneless and skinless
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic (about 4 cloves)
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • Garnishes like fresh parsley, fresh dill, lemon slices, red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare Green Beans: Heat a skillet with ¼ cup chicken broth, add green beans, cover, and steam for 5 minutes. Remove lid and cook for additional 2-3 minutes. Set aside.
  2. Season Chicken: Mix salt, pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika. Season chicken thighs on both sides.
  3. Cook Chicken: Cook seasoned chicken in oil over medium-high heat, about 5-7 minutes per side. Transfer to plate.
