Cinnamon Butter:

  • ¼ cup unsalted butter (room temperature)
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 1½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • pinch salt

Toast:

  • 4 slices white bread (can use whole wheat bread or Texas toast, too)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. 2. Using a small bowl, add butter, sugar, cinnamon, vanilla extract, and salt; stir until well combined.

  3. Spread cinnamon butter mixture evenly on top of slices of bread.
  4. Place bread on a sheet pan. Bake at 350°F for 10 minutes.
  5. Broil for 1-2 minutes. (Note: Watch bread closely at this stage as it can burn quickly!)
