Dip Ingredients

  • 12 oz. feta cheese
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 (8-oz.) block cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil, plus more for drizzling
  • 1 lemon, juiced and zested
  • Kosher salt, to taste
  • 2 tbsp. freshly chopped dill, plus more for garnish
  • Pinch crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 cup chopped cucumber (for topping)
  • 1/2 cup quartered cherry tomatoes (for topping)
  • Whole grain pita chips, for serving

Instructions

  1. Combine and beat ingredients: Using a handheld mixer on medium-high speed, in a large bowl, beat the feta, Greek yogurt, softened cream cheese, extra-virgin olive oil, lemon zest, and lemon juice until the mixture becomes fluffy and well combined. Season with kosher salt to your taste.
  2. Add dill and red pepper: Stir in freshly chopped dill and a pinch of crushed red pepper flakes until evenly distributed throughout the dip.
  3. Garnish and serve: Transfer the dip to a serving bowl. Top with chopped cucumber, quartered cherry tomatoes, additional dill, and a drizzle of olive oil. Serve immediately with whole grain pita chips alongside.

Notes

  • For a smoother texture, you may blend the dip ingredients briefly in a food processor.
  • Adjust the amount of crushed red pepper flakes to control the heat level.
  • Store leftovers covered in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
  • Serve chilled or at room temperature for best flavor.
  • Whole grain pita chips can be substituted with vegetable sticks or crackers.
