Learn how to make delicious Air Fryer Garlic Parmesan Fries with this easy recipe. These crispy fries are seasoned with garlic powder, parmesan cheese, and paprika for a flavorful twist.

Ingredients

Scale

Potatoes:

  • 2 russet potatoes

Seasoning:

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Slice the potatoes. Cut the potato lengthwise into 1/4 inch thin slices; then cut each slice into 1/4 inch fries. (A mandoline is helpful here).
  2. Soak the potatoes. Soak the potatoes in water for 1-2 hours to remove some of the starch and make them extra crispy.
  3. Preheat the air fryer. Preheat the air fryer to 400 F about 5 minutes before cooking.
  4. Cook the fries. Toss the potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, parmesan cheese, and paprika. Air fry for 15-20 minutes at 400 F, tossing halfway through.
  5. Season and serve. Top with extra parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and parsley if desired.

Notes

  • For crispier fries, make sure the potatoes are dried thoroughly after soaking.
  • Adjust seasoning to taste preferences.
