Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two large baking sheets with parchment paper. Set aside.
  2. Mix the Dry Ingredients: In a medium-sized bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and sea salt. Set this mixture aside.
  3. Cream the Butter and Sugars: In the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment, beat the room temperature butter, granulated sugar, and light brown sugar on medium speed for about 2 minutes until light and fluffy. Scrape down the sides of the bowl as needed.
