  • 1 egg
  • 1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Slice the Zucchini and Preheat the Oven
    Begin by preheating your oven to 400°F (200°C). Slice the zucchini lengthwise into thin slices. Set aside.
