Pie Dough:
- 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 cup cold unsalted butter, cubed
- 1/4 cup ice water (add more if needed)
Strawberry Filling:
