Spicy Deviled Eggs Recipe

Eggs:
Filling:
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce (or more)
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- salt and freshly ground black pepper (to taste)
Garnish:
- fine chili flakes (such as Piment d’Espelette)
- fresh chives (minced, optional)
- Boil the Eggs: Fill a saucepan with enough water to cover eggs by an inch and bring to a full boil. Carefully add eggs and let them boil for 30 seconds. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 11 minutes. Transfer eggs to ice water, peel, and refrigerate if possible.
- Prepare the Yolk Filling: Cut cooled eggs in half, remove yolks, and place in a bowl. Mash yolks, then add mayonnaise, sriracha, and mustard. Season with salt, pepper, and more sriracha.
- Fill the Eggs: Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture into the egg white halves.
- Chill and Serve: Refrigerate filled eggs for at least 2 hours. Before serving, sprinkle with chili flakes and chives. Enjoy!
