  • 7 oz marshmallow creme
  • 8 graham crackers (halved)
  • 8 wooden craft sticks/sucker sticks
  • 2 cups chocolate chips
  • 1 TBS coconut oil

Instructions

  1. Prepare Cookie Sheet: Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Prep Graham Crackers: Break the graham crackers in half down the middle and place half on the prepared cookie sheet.
  3. Assemble Pops: Spread marshmallow creme on the graham crackers, insert wooden sticks, and top with the remaining graham cracker halves.
  4. Freeze: Place the pan in the freezer for about 10 minutes.
  5. Melt Chocolate: In a bowl, melt chocolate chips and coconut oil in the microwave, stirring until smooth.
