Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Set your oven to 425°F (220°C) to prepare for roasting the sweet potato rounds evenly and crisply.
  2. Prepare the sweet potatoes: Wash the sweet potatoes thoroughly and pat them dry. Slice them into approximately ⅓-inch thick rounds for even roasting.
