Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix Dry Ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk together flour, salt, paprika, and cayenne pepper.
  3. Add Wet Ingredients: Mix in the shredded cheddar and softened butter until a soft dough forms.
  4. Fold in Cereal: Gently fold in the Rice Krispies cereal, being careful not to crush them too much.
  5. Shape Dough: Roll the dough into small 1-inch balls and place them on the baking sheet, spacing about 2 inches apart.
  6. Flatten: Slightly flatten each ball with your fingers or the bottom of a glass.
