  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract (optional)
  • 4 cups (112g) crispy rice cereal
  • Pinch sea salt

Chocolate Layer:

  • 2 cups (340g) chocolate chips
  • 2 Tbsp (29g) unsalted butter

Instructions

  1. Melt Peanut Butter Mixture: Heat peanut butter, maple syrup, and butter in a pot until melted. Stir in vanilla, rice cereal, and salt.
  2. Prepare Cups: Press mixture into muffin cups.
  3. Melt Chocolate: Melt chocolate chips and butter in intervals, stirring until smooth.
