Rhubarb Filling:

  • 1 ½ pounds rhubarb (diced into ½” pieces)
  • 8 oz granulated sugar (1 cup)
  • ¼ teaspoon table salt

Glaze:

  • 8 oz confectioners sugar (2 cups)
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

Instructions

  2. Rhubarb: Toss rhubarb with sugar and salt, drain juice.
