4.8 from 378 reviews

This decadent Reese’s Fudge recipe combines creamy peanut butter, rich melted butter, and sweet powdered sugar to create a thick peanut butter layer topped with a smooth chocolate peanut butter ganache. Easy to make and perfect for peanut butter lovers, this no-bake fudge is chilled until firm, resulting in a rich, melt-in-your-mouth treat.

Ingredients

Scale

Peanut Butter Layer

  • 1 cup butter (melted)
  • 1 pound powdered sugar
  • 1 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs (about 1 sleeve)

Chocolate Topping

  • 1 12 oz package milk chocolate chips
  • 1 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Peanut Butter Layer: In a large bowl, combine melted butter, powdered sugar, creamy peanut butter, and graham cracker crumbs. Use a large fork to thoroughly blend all the ingredients together until well mixed. Press the mixture evenly into a 13×9 inch baking pan. Place in the refrigerator and chill for 1 hour to set.
  2. Make the Chocolate Peanut Butter Topping: In a microwave-safe bowl, add milk chocolate chips and creamy peanut butter. Microwave on high for 1 minute. Stir the mixture vigorously until it becomes smooth and fully melted. Pour this chocolate topping evenly over the chilled peanut butter layer in the baking pan.
  3. Chill Until Firm: Return the pan to the refrigerator and chill for at least 2 hours, or until the fudge is firm and set. Once firm, cut into squares and store in the fridge until ready to serve.

Notes

  • For best results, press the peanut butter layer firmly to create a compact base.
  • You can substitute milk chocolate chips with semi-sweet or dark chocolate for a richer flavor.
  • Store the fudge in an airtight container in the refrigerator to keep it fresh for up to a week.
  • Allow the fudge to sit at room temperature for a few minutes before serving for easier cutting.
