  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal.
  2. Prepare the Red Velvet Brownie Batter: In a large mixing bowl, whisk together melted butter and sugar. Add eggs, vanilla, and red food coloring. Sift in cocoa, flour, and salt. Gently fold until just combined.
  3. Make the Cheesecake Layer: Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add egg and vanilla, beat until creamy.
