Polar Bear Paws are a delightful treat featuring a combination of creamy caramel, crunchy peanuts, and sweet white chocolate. These easy-to-make candies are perfect for holiday gifting or a special indulgence.

Caramel Mixture:

  • 1 (11 ounce) bag Kraft Caramel Bits or squares
  • 3 tablespoons heavy whipping cream
  • 1 tablespoon butter

Additional Ingredients:

  • 1 cup peanuts (roasted and/or cocktail)
  • 12 ounces vanilla almond bark or white melting wafers

Instructions

  1. Prepare Caramel Mix: Line a cookie sheet with Silpat mats and grease with butter. Melt caramels, butter, and cream in the microwave until smooth.
  2. Add Peanuts: Stir in peanuts and let the mixture cool for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Form Clusters: Spoon caramel-peanut mixture onto the mats in tablespoon-sized mounds. Chill in the fridge until set.
  4. Melt White Chocolate: Melt white chocolate in the microwave and dip each caramel cluster into the chocolate, tapping off excess.
  5. Set and Serve: Chill the clusters until the chocolate sets, then package for gifting or indulging.
