Caramel Mixture:
- 1 (11 ounce) bag Kraft Caramel Bits or squares
- 3 tablespoons heavy whipping cream
- 1 tablespoon butter
Additional Ingredients:
- 1 cup peanuts (roasted and/or cocktail)
- 12 ounces vanilla almond bark or white melting wafers
- Prepare Caramel Mix: Line a cookie sheet with Silpat mats and grease with butter. Melt caramels, butter, and cream in the microwave until smooth.
- Add Peanuts: Stir in peanuts and let the mixture cool for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Form Clusters: Spoon caramel-peanut mixture onto the mats in tablespoon-sized mounds. Chill in the fridge until set.
- Melt White Chocolate: Melt white chocolate in the microwave and dip each caramel cluster into the chocolate, tapping off excess.
- Set and Serve: Chill the clusters until the chocolate sets, then package for gifting or indulging.
