  • 2 peaches, pitted, sliced
  • 1 shallot, sliced

Dressing:

  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar

  • fresh cracked pepper

Additional:

  • 1/4 cup basil
  • 8 oz burrata
  • 1/3 cup pecans, chopped

Instructions
