  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch

Sauce:

  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 cup light soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch

Others:

  • 2 cups mushrooms, cleaned and quartered
  • 1 large zucchini, cut into half circles
  • 3 minced garlic cloves
  • 1 teaspoon minced ginger

Instructions

  1. Marinade: In a medium bowl, combine 2 tablespoons light soy sauce, 1 tablespoon rice vinegar, 1 tablespoon sesame oil, and 2 tablespoons cornstarch. Add chicken, mix to coat, and marinate for 20-30 minutes.
  2. Sauce: Combine water, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, rice vinegar, brown sugar, and cornstarch in a small bowl. Set aside.
  3. Cooking: Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over high heat. Cook marinated chicken until browned, then set aside. Cook mushrooms and zucchini until tender. Add chicken, garlic, and ginger; cook for 1 minute.
