Oreo Truffle Filling
- 2/3 package (about 20) Oreo cookies (regular, not Double Stuf), finely crushed
- 4 ounces cream cheese (1/2 of an 8-ounce package), at room temperature

- Prepare Brownies: Preheat your oven to 350°F. Follow the package instructions on the fudge brownie mix to prepare a fudgy batch of brownies. Pour the batter into a greased 13×9-inch rectangular baking pan and bake for 19-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean or with moist, not wet crumbs. Avoid overbaking, as the brownies need to remain fudgy to properly wrap around the truffles. Allow the brownies to cool completely.
- Make Oreo Truffles: While the brownies cool, combine the finely crushed Oreo cookies and room temperature cream cheese in a large bowl.
