Oreo Balls:

  • 30 regular Oreo cookies (340g)
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted and cooled (45g)
  • 25 tablespoons whole milk

Chocolate Coating:

  • 8 ounces dark, semi-sweet, or white chocolate, chopped (225g)
  • 1 teaspoon vegetable oil (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare Oreo Mixture: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Grind Oreos in a food processor until fine. Add melted butter and milk, pulse until moistened.
  2. Form Balls: Roll mixture into balls and place on the baking sheet.
  3. Chill: Freeze balls for 15 minutes.
  4. Melt Chocolate: Melt chocolate, mix in oil if desired.
  5. Coat Balls: Dip each ball in chocolate, place back on the baking sheet.
  6. Decorate: Add toppings if desired.
  7. Chill: Refrigerate until set.
