Cheesecake Filling:

  • 2 bars (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/4 cups Nutella

Additional:

  • 1 carton (8 oz) Cool Whip, thawed
  • 1 ready-to-use chocolate graham cracker crust

Instructions

  1. Soften Cream Cheese: Unwrap cream cheese and place on a microwave-safe plate. Microwave for 30-40 seconds until very softened.
  2. Prepare Cheesecake Filling: In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract. Blend until creamy. Add Nutella and mix together.
  3. Layer the Pie: Spread half of the mixture into the pie crust.
  4. Prepare Topping: Combine Cool Whip with the remaining Nutella mixture. Spread this mixture on top of the first layer in the pie crust.
  5. Chill: Cover the pie with the plastic lid and refrigerate for at least 8 hours or overnight.
  6. Serve: Cut into slices and enjoy. Optionally, decorate with chocolate shavings or additional Cool Whip.
