Frozen Pineapple Chunks:

Greek Yogurt:

  • 3/4 cup / 175 g / 6.2 oz

Mango Juice:

  • 1 cup / 240 ml / 8 fl oz

Honey (optional):

  • 2 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Mix yogurt and juice. Add the yogurt, fruit juice, and honey to the blender. Pulse for 20 seconds to mix everything.
  2. Add frozen fruit. Next, add the frozen mango and pineapple chunks. Blend until the ingredients are well combined, and the texture is smooth. Tip: If using the ‘smoothie’ cycle on your blender, run it twice for an extra creamy texture.
  3. Adjust texture (optional). Check the texture. If you find it too thick, thin it out with a little additional juice. To make it creamier, blend in more frozen fruit.
  4. Serve. Pour the smoothie into serving glasses. Optionally, garnish your drink with mango, pineapple, and fresh mint. Enjoy right away!
