A fragrant and comforting Lavender Cream London Fog Latte combining the classic Earl Grey tea with floral lavender simple syrup and creamy cold foam, perfect for a refreshing and elegant iced beverage.

Ingredients

Tea Base

  • 1 1/3 cups water
  • 3 Earl Grey tea bags

Milk and Foam

  • 2/3 cup Fairlife Lactose Free Fat Free Ultra Filtered Milk
  • 1/2 cup Lavender Cream Cold Foam

Syrup

  • 2 tbsp Lavender Simple Syrup (about 1 fl oz)

Optional

  • Ice cubes, as needed

Instructions

  1. Heat Water and Steep Tea: Heat 1 1/3 cups of water in the microwave for 1-2 minutes until very hot but not boiling. Add 3 Earl Grey tea bags and steep for 4-5 minutes or according to package directions. Remove tea bags and set the brewed tea aside to cool.
  2. Prepare Glasses: Divide 2 tablespoons of lavender simple syrup evenly between two glasses. Fill each glass with ice cubes to chill.
  3. Assemble the Latte: Pour the cooled Earl Grey tea over the ice and syrup in each glass. Add 1/3 cup of Fairlife lactose free fat free ultra filtered milk to each glass, topping the drink.
  4. Add Lavender Cream Cold Foam: Spoon approximately 1/4 cup of lavender cream cold foam over the top of each latte just before serving to add a delicious creamy finish.

Notes

  • Use Fairlife lactose free milk for a creamier texture and to accommodate lactose intolerance.
  • The lavender simple syrup can be homemade by simmering water, sugar, and culinary lavender, then straining and cooling.
  • Adjust the lavender syrup amount to taste if you prefer a stronger or milder floral note.
