  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

Toppings

  • 2 medium jalapeno peppers, (seeded, finely diced)
  • 6 slices bacon, (cooked, crumbled)
  • 1 cup (113 g) sharp cheddar cheese, (shredded)
  • Additional salt, to taste

Dip

  • 1 cup (230 g) sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon dry ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 teaspoon jalapeno powder

Instructions

  1. Potatoes – Preheat oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Boil potatoes until fork-tender. Smash potatoes, season, and bake for 40 minutes.
  2. Top potatoes with toppings – Add jalapenos, bacon, and cheese. Bake until cheese melts.
  3. Dip – Mix sour cream, ranch seasoning, and jalapeno powder. Serve with potatoes.
