Chocolate Mixture
- 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
- 1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
- 2 packets hot chocolate mix
White Chocolate Mixture
- 2 cups white chocolate chips
- 1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
Topping
- Melt Semisweet Chocolate: In a microwave-safe bowl, add the semisweet chocolate chips. Microwave in 1-minute intervals, stirring well between each, until the chocolate is completely melted and smooth.
- Mix Chocolate Mixture: Combine the melted semisweet chocolate with 1 can of sweetened condensed milk and 2 packets of hot chocolate mix. Stir until fully blended.
- Melt White Chocolate: In another microwave-safe bowl, add the white chocolate chips. Microwave in 20-second intervals, stirring between each, until fully melted and creamy.
- Mix White Chocolate Mixture: Stir the melted white chocolate together with the remaining can of sweetened condensed milk until smooth and combined.
- Assemble the Fudge: Line an 8”x 8” baking dish with parchment paper. Pour the hot chocolate mixture evenly into the dish. Carefully pour the white chocolate mixture over the top. Sprinkle the marshmallow bits evenly on top.
- Set the Fudge: Refrigerate the dish for at least 2 hours or until the fudge is firm and set completely.
- Serve: Remove the fudge from the refrigerator, lift it out using the parchment paper, cut into 1-inch bars, and serve.
Notes
- Use high-quality chocolate chips for the best flavor and texture.
- Be careful not to overheat the chocolate in the microwave to prevent burning; stir frequently.
- Marshmallow bits add a nice texture contrast but can be substituted with mini marshmallows if needed.
- For easier cutting, warm the knife slightly before slicing the fudge bars.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
