Carrots:

  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp. honey
  • 2 Tbsp. butter, melted
  • 1 tsp. sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp. fresh black pepper
  • Additional sea salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: Fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 450 degrees.
  2. Prepare the vegetables: Peel and wash the beets and carrots. Slice them evenly for proper cooking.
