  • 1 teaspoon chipotle chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 3 green onions, sliced
  • 1 tomato, diced

Instructions

  1. Microwave Sweet Potatoes: Add diced sweet potatoes to a microwave-safe plate. Cover with a damp paper towel and microwave on high for 5 minutes. Set aside.
  2. Make Sauce: In a small bowl, combine sour cream and salsa. Set aside for serving.
  3. Cook Turkey: Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground turkey and cook for about 5 minutes, crumbling until slightly pink. Drain if necessary.
