  • 2 cloves garlic, peeled
  • 1 large avocado, peeled and pitted
  • 1 lemon, juiced (about 23 tablespoons)
  • 1/2 cup packed fresh dill
  • 1/2 cup packed fresh mint
  • 1/2 cup packed fresh basil
  • 1/2 cup packed fresh chives (or green onions)
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup water (plus more as needed)
  • Sea salt
  • Freshly-cracked black pepper

Instructions

  1. Blend. Combine the feta cheese, garlic cloves, avocado, freshly squeezed lemon juice, fresh dill, mint, basil, chives, and Dijon mustard in a food processor. Pulse several times to roughly mix the ingredients.
  2. Emulsify. With the food processor running, slowly drizzle in 1/4 cup olive oil to fully incorporate it and create a creamy, emulsified texture. Then add 1/4 cup water gradually, blending until the dip reaches your desired consistency. Add more water if needed to thin it out.
  3. Season. Taste the dip and season with sea salt and freshly cracked black pepper according to your preference.
  4. Serve. Immediately serve the Green Goddess Feta Dip with your favorite dippers such as fresh vegetables, crackers, or pita bread. Alternatively, transfer the dip to an airtight container and refrigerate for up to 3 days.
