Instructions

  1. Preheat oven: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Prepare dry ingredients: In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Cream butter and sugars: In a large bowl, cream together butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Add egg and vanilla: Beat in the egg and vanilla extract until combined.
  5. Mix cream cheese: Add the softened cream cheese and mix until smooth.
  6. Combine wet and dry ingredients: Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  7. Add mix-ins: Gently fold in mini Reese’s Pieces, chopped Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups, and white chocolate chips.
