Parmesan Cheese:
- ½ cup finely grated Parmesan cheese
Butter:
- 3 tablespoons butter (divided)
Garlic:
- 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
Liquid:
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup milk

- 8 oz. angel hair pasta
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
- Note: Angel hair cooks very quickly. Refer to the time on the package and set a timer to avoid overcooking it in the sauce in step 6, as overcooked noodles become clumpy.
- Grate Parmesan Cheese: Grate the Parmesan cheese and set it aside to allow it to reach room temperature.
- Melt Butter: Melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat in a large skillet.
- Cook Garlic: Add the minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add Liquid: Add the chicken broth and optional seasoning mix. Slowly add the milk while stirring. Bring to a boil.
- Add Pasta: Add the pasta noodles, breaking them in half if needed. Let it simmer for 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking. Reduce heat to low.
- Finish Pasta: Add 1 tablespoon of butter to the pasta and toss to coat. Gradually sprinkle in the Parmesan cheese, stirring until smooth and well-combined.
- Serve: Sprinkle with fresh parsley and enjoy with Garlic Bread with Cheese!
