  • 34 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil (for garlic oil)
  • ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs or chopped rosemary (optional)
  • Flaky sea salt, for topping

Instructions

  1. Mix the Dough – In a large bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let sit until foamy. Add flour and salt, mix into a dough. Knead until smooth.
  2. First Rise – Coat dough with olive oil, let rise until doubled in size.
  3. Prepare Garlic Oil – Heat olive oil with garlic, set aside.
  4. Stretch and Second Rise – Transfer dough to pan, press and stretch. Let rise until puffy.
  5. Top and Bake – Dimple dough, brush with garlic oil, top with Parmesan, herbs, and salt. Bake until golden.
