These Frozen S’mores are a delightful twist on the classic campfire treat, perfect for a cool and creamy dessert. Layers of chocolate pudding, marshmallow cream cheese, and graham crackers are frozen together for a sweet and satisfying indulgence.

For the Chocolate Layer:

  • 1 (5.9-ounce) box instant chocolate pudding
  • 2 1/2 cups whole milk
  • 2 1/2 cups Cool Whip, defrosted and divided

For the Cream Cheese Layer:

  • 5 ounces cream cheese, at room temperature
  • 7 ounces marshmallow creme
  • Pinch of salt

Additional:

  • 12 graham crackers, broken in half and divided

Instructions

  1. Line the Baking Dish: Line a 9×13-inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving extra hanging over the edges.
  2. Prepare Chocolate Layer: In a bowl, mix pudding, milk, and 1/2 cup Cool Whip until smooth.
  3. Layer: Place half of the graham crackers in the dish, spread chocolate mixture, and chill.
  4. Make Cream Cheese Layer: Beat cream cheese and marshmallow creme, then fold in 2 cups Cool Whip and salt.
  5. Assemble: Spread cream cheese mix over chocolate layer, add remaining graham crackers, cover, and freeze.
  6. Slice and Serve: Remove from dish, slice into squares using graham crackers as a guide, trim, and enjoy!
