Cucumber Tomato And Feta Salad:

  • 12 oz cherry tomatoes
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 cup sliced onions
  • 1/2 cup chopped parsley
  • 1 cup basil
  • 1 cup lettuce
  • 6 oz vegan feta crumbles
  • 2 chopped green chillies
  • 4 cloves minced garlic
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp red wine vinegar

Instructions

  1. To Make Homemade Air Fried Croutons

    If you’re using store-bought croutons, feel free to skip this step. But if you want to make crunchy, flavorful croutons at home, here’s a quick and easy way to do it in the air fryer!

  2. Cut the bread into even-sized cubes.

    The crust adds extra crunch, so keep it on!

  3. In a small bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, red pepper flakes, and salt.

    Add the bread cubes to a large mixing bowl. Pour the seasoned oil over and toss gently until all pieces are well-coated.

  4. Arrange the cubes in a single layer in your air fryer basket.

    Air fry at 390°F (200°C) for 6 minutes, shaking halfway through. Let the croutons cool completely before adding to your tomato and cheese salad or storing for later use.
