Instructions

  1. Sauté Onions: In a skillet, cook diced onions in olive oil until translucent.
  2. Add Beef: Brown ground beef with garlic, then mix in black beans, diced tomatoes, and taco seasoning. Simmer.
  3. Cook Tortellini: Boil cheese tortellini until cooked, then drain.
  4. Combine Ingredients: Mix cooked tortellini with the beef filling.
