  • 2 Medjool dates, pitted and chopped
  • 2 tablespoons hazelnut butter or almond butter
  • 1 medium apple, cored and chopped
  • 1 small banana, sliced
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 teaspoons honey

Instructions

  1. Oatmeal Blend: Place oats in the blender and blend on high speed until they resemble coarse flour.
  2. Prepare Smoothie Base: Warm milk if desired. Add milk to blended oats. Add dates, nut butter, apple, banana, cinnamon, and honey. Blend until smooth.
