Bacon:
- 12 oz thick-cut bacon, cut into pieces
Brussels Sprouts:
- 2 lbs Brussels Sprouts, trimmed and halved
Seasoning:
- Salt and Pepper, to taste
- 2 tsp minced garlic
Cream Sauce:
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1 ½ cups heavy cream or half and half
- ⅓ cup shredded parmesan cheese
- ¾ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Cook Bacon: In a large cast iron skillet, cook bacon until browned and crisp. Remove bacon to a paper towel lined plate.
