  • 2 tablespoons coconut yogurt

For the Smoothie:

  • ¾ cup almond milk (or other non-dairy milk)
  • ½ frozen avocado
  • ½ frozen banana
  • ¼ cup frozen pineapple
  • 2 teaspoons almond butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon blue majik spirulina (plus extra)
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Clouds: Using a spoon, paint some coconut yogurt on the interior wall of a large glass to create cloud-like swirls. Sprinkle with blue majik spirulina and set aside.
  2. Blend the Smoothie: In a blender, combine almond milk, avocado, banana, pineapple, almond butter, vanilla, blue majik spirulina, and maple syrup. Blend on high speed until smooth.
