Wet Ingredients

  • 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 ½ cups granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup sour cream

Cinnamon Swirl

  • ½ cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Prep & Preheat – Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Generously grease a 10-cup Bundt pan with butter or baking spray (ensure all crevices are covered).
  2. Dry Ingredients – In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and 1 tsp cinnamon.
  3. Cream Butter & Sugar – In a large bowl, beat butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla.
  4. Alternate Wet & Dry – Gradually incorporate the flour mixture and sour cream into the wet ingredients. Layer batter and cinnamon-sugar in the Bundt pan, swirling gently with a knife.
  5. Bake & Serve – Bake for 45-55 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool, invert onto a wire rack, dust with powdered sugar, slice, and enjoy!
