  • 1 ball burrata cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 450°F (232°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking and facilitate easy cleanup.
  2. Prepare the Dough: Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface to your preferred thickness, then transfer it carefully onto the prepared baking sheet.
  3. Cook Chorizo: In a skillet over medium heat, cook the diced chorizo with the olive oil for about 8 minutes until it becomes crispy, stirring occasionally. Use a slotted spoon to remove the chorizo, draining excess oil, and distribute it evenly across the pizza dough.
  4. Add Vegetables and Mango: Layer the sliced red onion, diced poblano pepper, and diced mango evenly over the cooked chorizo on the pizza.
  5. Bake Initial Toppings: Place the pizza in the preheated oven and bake for 10 minutes to cook the vegetables and start crisping the crust.
  6. Add Cheeses and Final Bake: Remove the pizza from the oven, scatter torn burrata and crumbled goat cheese on top, then return to the oven for another 3-4 minutes until the cheese has melted and the crust turns golden brown.
