Instructions

  1. Prepare the crust: Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C). Mix chocolate cookie crumbs with melted butter, press into a 9-inch springform pan, bake for 10 minutes, then cool.
  2. Prepare the strawberry swirl: Combine pureed strawberries, sugar, and lemon juice in a saucepan. Heat until thickened, then cool.
