These Chocolate Quinoa Bites are a delightful blend of rich dark chocolate, creamy cashew butter, and crispy popped quinoa. Easy to make and even easier to enjoy, these bites make for a perfect guilt-free treat.

Dark Chocolate

  • 150g dark chocolate

Cashew Butter

  • 4 tbsp cashew butter (I used this brand)

Popped Quinoa

  • 25g popped quinoa (I used this brand)

Instructions

  1. Break up the chocolate: Into small pieces and add to a heat-proof bowl. Microwave on high until melted, stirring every few seconds.
  2. Add cashew butter: Mix until smooth.
  3. Fold in quinoa: Spread the mixture into flat disks on a lined baking sheet/board.
  4. Refrigerate: Until set, then enjoy!
