  • 1 15 oz pack 12-count potato rolls (e.g., Martin’s)

Chicken Filling:

  • 1 pound thinly sliced deli chicken (or 3 cups chopped cooked chicken)
  • 810 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 12 slices colby jack cheese
  • 1/3 cup prepared Ranch salad dressing

Seasoned Butter:

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 Tablespoon chopped fresh chives
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt (or garlic powder)
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder

Topping:

  • 2 Tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Prepare Bacon: Cook bacon until crisp, crumble, and set aside.
  3. Prepare Rolls: Using a serrated knife, cut the potato rolls in half horizontally. Place the bottoms on the baking sheet.
  4. Make Seasoned Butter: In a saucepan, melt butter with chives, garlic salt, and onion powder.
  5. Assemble Sliders: Brush the roll bottoms with seasoned butter. Layer cheese, chicken, bacon, Ranch dressing, and more cheese. Place the top half of the rolls over the fillings.
  6. Finish and Bake: Brush the tops with seasoned butter, sprinkle with Parmesan, cover with foil, and bake for 20 minutes. Uncover and bake for another 5-10 minutes until golden.
  7. Serve: Cut into sliders, serve with extra Ranch dressing, and enjoy!

Notes

  • You can customize the fillings by adding your favorite ingredients like jalapenos or caramelized onions.
  • For a vegetarian option, substitute the chicken with grilled vegetables.
