Main Ingredients:
- 2/3 cup butter
- 2 cups brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 2 cups all-purpose flour

- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 1/2 cups grated zucchini
- 1 cup butterscotch chips
