For the Salad:
- 1 large head romaine lettuce, chopped
For the Beef:
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
For the Burger Sauce:
- 4 tbsp sour cream
- 4 tbsp ketchup
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp maple syrup
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
Additional Toppings:
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1/2 red onion, sliced
- 2 large pickles, sliced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- Cook the Beef: Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
- Prepare the Sauce: Mix sour cream, ketchup, soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, maple syrup, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Assemble the Bowls: Layer lettuce, cooked ground beef, avocado, red onion, pickles, and cherry tomatoes in serving bowls.
