For the Salad:

  • 1 large head romaine lettuce, chopped

For the Beef:

  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

For the Burger Sauce:

  • 4 tbsp sour cream
  • 4 tbsp ketchup
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp maple syrup
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

Additional Toppings:

  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1/2 red onion, sliced
  • 2 large pickles, sliced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

Instructions

  1. Cook the Beef: Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  2. Prepare the Sauce: Mix sour cream, ketchup, soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, maple syrup, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Assemble the Bowls: Layer lettuce, cooked ground beef, avocado, red onion, pickles, and cherry tomatoes in serving bowls.
  4. Serve: Drizzle burger sauce over the bowls and season with salt and pepper. Enjoy!
