Sausage Gravy:

  • 0.5 pound Breakfast sausage
  • 0.25 cup Flour
  • 2 cups Milk
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)
  • 1 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese (divided)

Scrambled Eggs:

  • 4 Large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon Butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven: Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cook sausage: In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the breakfast sausage until browned, breaking it up with a spoon. Drain off excess grease.
  3. Make gravy: In the same skillet, whisk together flour and milk until smooth. Bring to a simmer, stirring constantly until thickened. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Add cheese: Remove from heat and stir in half of the shredded cheddar cheese until melted.
