For the Crust:
- 1 3/4 Cups Graham Cracker Crumbs
- 1/4 Cup White Sugar
- 1/2 Cup Salted Butter – Melted
For the Pudding:
- 1 package instant banana pudding mix
- 1 3/4 Cups cold milk
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
For the Whipped Cream:
- 1 Cup Heavy Whipping Cream
- 2 Tbsp. Powdered Sugar
- 1/2 tsp. Vanilla Extract
For the Banana’s Foster:
- 1/4 Cup Butter
- 2/3 Cup Dark Brown Sugar
- 3 1/2 Tbsp Banana Liqueur
- 1 1/2 tsp. Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 tsp. Ground Cinnamon
- 3 Bananas – Sliced
- 1/4 Cup Walnuts – Chopped
- For the Crust – Preheat Oven to 350°. In a mixing bowl, combine Graham Cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press mixture into the bottom of a square baking pan and bake for about 6 minutes.
- For the Pudding – Whisk milk and Pudding mix for 2 minutes. Add softened cream cheese and mix using a stand or hand mixer. Place in the fridge until ready to use.
- For the Whipped Cream – Using a stand or hand mixer, whip the heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla extract on high speed for about 3-4 minutes or until stiff peaks form. Chill in the fridge until ready to use.
- For the Banana’s Foster – In a large skillet over medium heat, melt butter. Mix in sugar, Liqueur, vanilla, and cinnamon. Add bananas and walnuts, stirring to cover. Cook for about 4-5 minutes or until Bananas are hot.
- LAYER INGREDIENTS INTO WINE GLASSES – Layer the crust, pudding, whipped cream, and banana’s foster topping in wine glasses as desired.
