  • 2 tsp Olive oil ((for the cut-in-half method only))
  • 1/4 tsp Sea salt ((plus more to taste, see instructions))

Instructions

  1. Option 1 – Bake Whole: Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F (218 degrees C). Pierce the spaghetti squash all over, place on a baking sheet, and roast for 30-45 minutes. Let cool, slice, remove seeds, and toss with salt and sauce.
  2. Option 2 – Bake After Slicing: Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F (218 degrees C). Slice the squash in half, scoop out seeds, drizzle with olive oil and salt, roast for 25-30 minutes. Let cool, release strands with a fork, and serve with sauce or salt.
