  • Few drops of yellow food coloring (optional)
  • 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

For the Lemon Glaze:

  • 1 cup confectioners’ sugar
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 350F and prepare the donut and muffin pans.
